1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Swap, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Swap is a platform that connects trading card collectors for in-person trades. We facilitate the discovery of cards, communication between users, and coordination of meetups. Swap does not buy, sell, or trade cards itself.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Swap.
• One account per person. Do not create multiple accounts.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post fraudulent, misleading, or counterfeit card listings.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Use the app for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to manipulate reviews or ratings.
• Scrape, bot, or otherwise abuse the platform.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

5. Trades & Meetups

• All trades are between individual users. Swap is not a party to any trade.
• Swap does not guarantee the condition, authenticity, or value of any card.
• You are responsible for your own safety when meeting other users in person. We recommend meeting in public, well-lit locations.
• Swap is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from trades or meetups.

6. Content

By uploading photos or content to Swap, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content within the app for the purpose of facilitating trades. You retain ownership of your content.

We may remove content that violates these terms or is reported by other users.

7. Account Termination

• You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

Swap is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or uninterrupted service. Use the app at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swap and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to losses from trades, meetups, or interactions with other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
